TIERRA SUR
A delicious blend from our vineyard of Sant Mateu d‘Albarca. This well-balanced vineyard is planted on calcareous clay soils and expresses the individually of this unique terroir while delivering the energy from the soul of its earth for Tierra Sur.
A balanced blend with plenty of herbal notes, beautiful black forest berries and fine tannins.
Aged one year in French oak Barrels.
BLANCO
Malvasia is the daughter of the Mediterranean and finding this twenty year old vineyard of the slopes of Sa Cova was like finding lost treasure.
Our white wine is limited Island magic.
Bright and tactile with a nice mineral and phenolic bite. The grapes of our OJO DE IBIZA Blanco come from our terraces from Sant Mateu d‘Albarca. A flavourful, medium to full bodied white with lovely, textured acidity that lifts the freshness.
A modern malvasia blend from the island and for the island.

ROSÉ
Probably one of the oldest vineyards on the island, Monastrell from Sant Mateu Valley has survived on Ibiza for decades. The beautiful OJO DE IBIZA Rosé vineyard gives us delicate and subtle grapes perfect for our high-end rosé. A bright coral pink classic rosé with excellent tension, purity, and some structured tannins.
Very elegant and softly spoken with a mineral edge. A touch of rosehip with citric and strawberry flavours.
A perfect rosé wine to applaud the sunset.
TERRAZAS DEL NORTE
From the perfect vineyard we dreamed of, our Terrazas del Norte wine was born in poor and shallow sandy soils capable of concentrating the flavour and purity of the grapes. Small terraces - limited production - organic viticulture
Concentrated and dense; a full-bodied palate with tight but cohesive tannins. A very elegant red wine from the Mediterranean shore, genuine and unique. Aged two years in French oak barrels and rested for one year in the bottle.
